Approximately 7:15 a.m.

Waking up to Gabe screaming "Cars!!! Cars McQueen!!".

Booking it upstairs to watch the twins and to my very own basket full of goodies.

Waiting for Simone to wake up and realize that she has her basket full of goodies waiting for her. 

When she does- with her half asleep/ just woken up mental state- she RUNS to pick up her new Princess and the Frog metal purse and goodies. "Princess and the Frog!!"

Still listening to Gabe continue his excitement about his Lightning McQueen basket. 

Bunny books galore. Can't forget the funny Peter Rabbit picture.

Goodies. Shirts. iTunes. Love.

Video recorder turns off and I leave approximately 8:40 a.m.

Where to? My wonderful friend Alex Moon's farewell! This guy is an amazing friend and I am guaranteed to giggle at least 22 times when I'm around him! His farewell talk was amazing. I'm going to miss him so much. 

Home. 

Approx. 12:15 p.m.

Hang out with the twins. Highlighted moments include Gabe on my shoulders. "Gabe where are you".. insert Gabe peeking down at me with wide eyes. Also Simone being her cute self and telling me "Kelsey you're cute funny!"

Food. Gumbo. 

With the egg coloring last week and an already eventful morning, I am ready for the rest of this Easter day!

an idiot in a world of IDIOTS.

Okay... I've caved. It's time to join the club of official bloggers.  I know you are all just JUMPING for joy right? Well maybe. Let's be honest here though, blogging is just for IDIOTS. It's easy to set up, you get distracted making it look all cOoL, and you find yourself spending your whole night catching up on everyone else's lives... what idiots. That's right, I'm an idiot. We.Are.All.Idiots. BUT why shouldn't we be?!  This just might just be my best decision ever. Who wouldn't want to have a "public diary" for the world to enjoy?? Exactly. So let me finish my first post with a few facts about myself.


1. I love the word "idiot".
2. I enjoy casual games of ping pong on the beach.
3. I am currently getting a college education.
4. I have not one but two loves in my life: Gabriel Jackson & Simone Grace Robinson, my two year old twin brother and sister.
5. I laugh loud and constantly.
6. I have a slight/severe obsession with music.
7. I tried GLUTEN FREE pancakes once. Keyword: ONCE
8. I love food fooD foOD fOOD FOOD... and food.
9. Cats are evil and I am terrified of them. I also am a dancer.
10. I am often found with my hair on top of my head.
